• You will be responsible for all accounting functions, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable and receivable (including online payments via Stripe), as well as inventory and fixed asset accounting
• You ensure accurate financial statements: making entries on an accrual basis and assisting with annual financial statements and tax returns
• You’ve got payroll under control: timely pay stubs, payment processes, and all reporting and certification requirements
• You will serve as the point of contact for health insurance companies, government agencies, and during income tax and social security audits
• You will manage payment processing and accounts receivable: invoicing, account maintenance, and advance sales tax returns—all handled reliably and on time
• You help shape processes and proactively contribute to quality assurance in the finance department

• Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on accounting/controlling, or a completed commercial apprenticeship with substantial experience in a similar position
• You have hands-on experience: several years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in the e-commerce sector
• You are proficient in using DATEV, MS Office, and payment service providers such as Stripe
• You work with precision: accuracy, reliability, and a proactive commitment to quality come naturally to you
