As a dispatcher, you are the operational heart of our daily operations. You manage vehicles and drivers, ensure availability, and keep everything running smoothly—using data, maintaining structure, and focusing on solutions.

Driver Management:

• Primary point of contact for all drivers in day-to-day operations
• Support for issues that arise during your shift (e.g., the app, trips, customers)
• Communication of deployment plans, changes, and operational guidelines
• Assisting with the onboarding, orientation, and training of new drivers
• Ensuring service and quality standards

Fleet management:

• Ensuring that all vehicles are operational every day
• Coordination of maintenance, cleaning, and refueling/charging
• Monitoring of vehicle conditions and statutory deadlines (vehicle inspection, accident prevention regulations, etc.)
• Management of external service providers (repair shops, cleaning services, towing services)
• Documentation and tracking of damage, defects, and repairs

Schedule:

• Real-time control and monitoring of vehicle and driver assignments, as well as the management of transport orders
• Ensuring optimal vehicle availability in line with demand
• Adjusting work schedules in response to last-minute changes (e.g., sick leave, absences)

Technical requirements:

• Experience in scheduling, logistics, mobility, or a similar operational environment
• A structured and analytical approach to work, ideally with KPI-driven management
• Confident use of digital tools and systems

Mandatory requirements:

• Valid Class B driver's license
• Possession of a passenger transport license (P license) or willingness to obtain one at short notice

Personal requirements:

• High resilience and the ability to make decisions in real time
• Strong communication skills and the ability to assert oneself when dealing with drivers
• Strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach
• A solution-oriented and pragmatic approach
• Operational presence is required, and in exceptional cases, this may also be necessary during off-peak hours and on weekends
