• Coordinating local marketing activities such as regional festivals, events, and trade shows in the Augsburg region
• Production of social media content and representation of the mopla brand as a brand ambassador
• Operational management of our external lead agency, as well as quality assurance of the agency’s services with regard to brand image, goal achievement, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to deadlines
• Developing and prioritizing briefings, as well as coordinating campaigns, content, and communication initiatives
• Regular reporting to management and analysis of relevant marketing metrics
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identification of continuous improvement measures for GTM market strategies
• Ensuring transparent budget and program monitoring
• SEO optimization of corporate websites, as well as the planning and management of SEA campaigns
• Ordering print and promotional materials such as business cards, flyers, and small promotional items

• A degree in marketing, communications, or design
• Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally with relevant experience working with external agencies or service providers
• Strong strategic thinking skills combined with a high level of execution ability
• Experience in managing campaigns, budgets, and key performance indicator analyses
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with senior management, departments, and external partners
