• Development and implementation of a comprehensive test automation strategy encompassing unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Development and maintenance of end-to-end test suites for web front ends
• Automation of API testing and integration into CI/CD pipelines
• Close collaboration with manual testers on test case design, exploratory testing, and bug triage
• Reducing flakiness and continuously improving the stability of test pipelines
• Contribute to test data management, test environments, and the testability of the architecture
• Conducting performance and load tests for critical services
• Reporting on relevant QA metrics such as coverage, defect escape rate, and flaky rate
• Training and enabling development teams on testing best practices

Must-have:

• A completed vocational training program or degree in the IT field, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in QA automation
• A practice with at least one end-to-end testing framework
• Experience with API test automation
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in mobile app testing
• Experience with performance testing tools
• Knowledge of contract testing
• Fundamentals of security testing, ideally with reference to OWASP
