• Design, implementation, and maintenance of backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Responsibility for selected domain components such as dispatching, booking, pricing, or driver assignment
• Design and further development of interfaces and APIs
• Working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, as well as high-performance database queries
• Performance optimization, profiling, and scaling of services
• Conducting code reviews and providing mentoring for mid-level developers
• Helping to shape architectural decisions and the technical roadmap within the ride-hailing sector
• Close collaboration with the Product Owner and DevOps teams on feature planning, deployment, and monitoring
• Contributing to Test Automation Through Unit, Integration, and Contract Tests

Must-have:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Java backend development
• Extensive expertise in Spring Boot, particularly in the areas of dependency injection, web development, data, and security
• Extensive knowledge of relational databases, PostgreSQL, and SQL
• Experience with distributed systems and microservice architectures
• Solid knowledge of testing
• Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, and cloud environments

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of Kubernetes or cloud-native operational practices
• Experience in ride-hailing, logistics, or with dispatch or routing algorithms
