Our mission

MoPla is an independent and open mobility platform that enables flexible forms of service and on-demand transportation in rural and urban areas in an economical and environmentally friendly manner, taking into account existing public transport services. We are pursuing the goal of sustainable transport services for regions far away from urban centers, such as Berlin and Munich, in line with existing public transport services. We also offer digital ticket solutions such as the Deutschlandticket or Deutschland Job Ticket for our customers. We are reshaping the future of public mobility services with smart, digital solutions. Sustainably more attractive, more flexible and more efficient. Your tasks and responsibilities

You lead our backend team in disciplinary and technical terms and promote the further development of your team
You are responsible for the releases of our backend services and ensure high quality standards
You plan and implement robust, scalable architectures and monitor the infrastructure
You support with hands-on programming and define development standards
You are responsible for efficient interfaces and integrations as well as compliance with the test strategy
You work closely with other teams and support to solve problems quickly
You represent the CTO in his absence and support him in strategic decisions

Your skills

Experience with automated tests for web and native mobile devices using tools such as WebdriverIO, Cucumber, Appium or comparable tools
Good knowledge in the creation and execution of manual tests (ideally with TestRail)
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
Understanding of software development processes and methods
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
Knowledge of programming languages such as TypeScript/JavaScript, Python or similar is an advantage
Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) processes is a plus
An eye for detail and the ability to work precisely and reliably
