Consistent application of the collective bargaining agreement

It is a condition that the obligation of public transportation operators (including local and regional rail) to accept the Deutschlandticket depends on the uniform application of the fare regulations (without exception).

Customer Communication

We have notified all existing mopla Deutschlandticket customers via email about the upcoming change. In addition, we have taken the following steps:

· In-app notification: When the app launches, a pop-up message appears explaining the new policy, which users must acknowledge by actively confirming it.

· Website update: All relevant pages—Deutschlandticket, Jobticket, FAQ, and Terms and Conditions—have been updated to reflect the changes.

· App update: All text and instructions within the app have been updated to reflect the changes.
