At mopla, employees gather once a quarter for a company-wide All Hands Week at our office in Neusäß. The fact that one of these gatherings coincided with the digital mobility platform’s fourth anniversary made the week a special occasion.
All Hands Weeks are an integral part of collaboration at mopla. The focus is on working together, personal interaction, and looking both forward and backward. During workshops and strategy sessions, we review the past quarter, address current issues, and set the direction for the coming months and the year as a whole. At the same time, the week offers a great opportunity to get to know new colleagues personally and spend time together outside of the regular workday.
This direct interaction is especially important in a growing company. People who know each other not just from virtual meetings but have also met in person often collaborate differently. It leads to different conversations, greater closeness, and a deeper understanding of one another. That is precisely what makes mopla such a great place to work.
The week together also provided an opportunity to celebrate mopla’s fourth anniversary. Working together, eating together, exchanging ideas, and toasting four years of mopla with cake—all of that is part of the experience.
At the same time, we’re clearly focused on the future. mopla is currently driving its units forward in a targeted manner to further expand its intermodal approach. With mopla smart, -Ticketing, -myway, and -logistics, the company is evolving in several areas and working to connect different mobility services more efficiently.
This is how we demonstrate what modern collaboration can look like in a growing company: personal, committed, and with a clear shared goal. If you’re curious, you can check out our career page for open positions and apply. Maybe you’ll be joining us at the next All Hands meeting.
